Quelle est la majoration des heures stockées dans le compteur ?
Vos heures “compteur” seront payées sur le salaire du mois de janvier et de juillet, les compteurs positifs seront payés à 115%.
A quelle date les compteurs d’heures négatives se remettent-ils à zéro ?
Les compteurs négatifs seront remis à zéro au 1er janvier de chaque année.
Je dois m’absenter car mon enfant est malade.
Les salariés disposant d’une ancienneté minimale d’une année dans l’entreprise, disposent d’une autorisation d’absence pour enfant malade.
L’enfant doit avoir moins de 12 ans, l’absence doit impérativement être justifiée par un certificat médical.
L’absence pour enfant malade est possible pour un maximum de 4 journées par an.
Les absences s’inscriront en négatif dans les compteurs d’heure du salarié, cependant le salaire ne sera pas impacté et les heures d’absence seront à rattraper par le salarié concerné, il n’y a donc pas de perte de salaire à la fin du mois.

Est-ce que toutes les heures complémentaires sont comptabilisées dans les compteurs ?
Pas forcement, si on vous sollicite pour effectuer une vacation supplémentaire et que le délai de prévenance de 7 jours n’est pas respecter la vacation doit être payée en fin de mois et majoré à 10%, même si le compteur est en négatif, pas de discussion, c’est payé au prochain salaire.
Comment savoir où en est mon compteur ?
Ces informations se situent en bas de votre fiche de paie avec la mention « modulation », vous disposerez des indications sur l’état de votre compteur, cela n’exclut pas un contrôle !
Des erreurs peuvent survenir mais étrangement il s’agit souvent d’erreur en votre défaveur, alors à vos calculettes !
Comment puis-je calculer ma prime d’ancienneté ?
Une prime d’ancienneté est accordée aux agents d’exploitation, employés, techniciens et agents de maîtrise. Cette prime s’ajoute aux salaires réels de l’intéressé, elle est calculée sur le salaire minimal conventionnelle de la qualification de l’intéressé au taux suivant :
-2 % après quatre ans d’ancienneté conventionnelle d’entreprise
-5 % après 7 ans d’ancienneté conventionnelle d’entreprises
-8 % après 10 ans d’ancienneté conventionnelle d’entreprise
-10 % après 12 ans d’ancienneté conventionnelle d’entreprises
-12 % après 15 ans d’ancienneté conventionnelle d’entreprises
